Our tour is set for mid-July which is PRIME photography time for wildflowers, and the opportunities to see and photograph wildlife including Mountain Goats, Big Horn Sheep, Bears, Moose, and more! It also allows the high probability we will be able to drive and photograph along the “Go To Sun” road through the park.

Accommodations
We have been able to secure the Grouse Mountain resort hotel in Whitefish at the base of Glacier National Park. This is a PRIME location for us to be able to get in and out of the park each day and the location itself is a stunning area.
The room rate will be $207 a night for McKay attendees as opposed to regular rates in the $279 -$359 range. Remember, this is prime season and there is only a small window of time where the Go To Sun road is usually open. We are working to hit that window just right. We can also help you to facilitate a roommate if you like to share expense.
This is also a great place for us to station to be able to get to early morning sunrise shoots! In the evenings, or at dedicated break times, we will have optional time doing image critiques and working on downloading and helping you with your images.
