Bodie Ghost Town Photography Tour!
Exclusive access before Bodie opens to the public AND access in the evening and night for uninterrupted photography and incredibly astro photography opportunities in America’s best-preserved ghost town! This includes access to the inside of many of these historic buildings.
Imagine a morning in which we arrive at 6am before the park is open to the public and have access to enter many of the buildings to photograph!
Then, Imagine EXCLUSIVE access after dark! We have obtained permits that allow us to photograph and have the town all to OURSELVES after hours and under the stars from 6pm-1am! Timed for awesome Milkyway opportunities.

Base itinerary*
Saturday, June 1st – Check In at 3 pm – Meet at 4 pm. Sunset at Salt Tufts Mono Lake
Sunday, June 2nd – Bodie – Morning Session- Leave at 5 am. Bodie exclusive access 6 am-12 pm. We have arranged for State Park Rangers through the Bodie Foundation to monitor and allow us access inside many of the buildings. Each building only allows 2-3 people at a time with a Ranger. This is not available to the public! We have hired extra Park Rangers so that we can photograph 2-3 buildings at any given time allowing everyone amazing access and photographic opportunities!
Bodie -Night Time Session- After a lunch and rest break, head back to Bodie at 5 pm for a nighttime photography tour exclusive to our group. We will be the only people in the town!
Monday, June 3rd – – Daytime Adventure and photography in the 395 valley, a break, and an astrophotography session in the area.
Tuesday, June 4th – Morning Departures
The itinerary will be flexible based on many options, including weather and what we feel will be the best use of time each day for maximum impact on the tour!
